REFUND POLICY

We personally inspect all products before they are shipped out because we want you to be in LOVE with your purchase. If you're not happy with your items, we will happily exchange or return any of your items for free.

Refunds & Exchanges 

We promise a full refund or exchange of your items within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot honor this promise. To initiate an exchange or refund, email us at hello@nomaricouture.com and we will send you a return shipping label. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, including any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange your items. To minimize the number 1 reason for exchanges (sizing), please view our size chart before making your purchase.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet and it has been more than 10 days, first check your bank account again.  Next, contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
